However, he's urging people to refrain from sharing a video featuring the Oscar-winning actress with revealing attire. In a plea on social media, Robbins, 31, stated, "Ok, I'm really grateful to see people on Twitter defending my mom amidst a new era of McCarthyist blacklisting, but can you PLEASE stop using the clip of her getting her hair done with her honkers out." The shared clip depicts Sarandon, 77, having her hair styled while wearing a barely-there robe and a sheer bra. Playful responses ensued on social media, with some users making light of the situation. Despite initially liking many of these responses, Robbins eventually expressed frustration, stating, "... I can't do this anymore." Sarandon has been an advocate for Palestinian rights, especially in response to Israel's actions in Gaza. However, her comments at a Union Square rally on November 17 stirred controversy, leading to her being dropped by her agency, UTA. The actress had remarked on the fear some people feel about being Jewish and drew parallels to the experience of Muslims in the country. This is not the first time Sarandon has faced criticism for her statements. Last year, she apologized after sharing a tweet that included a photo of police officers at a funeral, which garnered negative attention from law enforcement organizations.
